This site reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, in-stock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.

Payment Policy:

1. Sales Tax: Is collected on orders delivered to Wyoming or if our manufacturer or distributor collects it from us.

2. Payment: Is made first - then your order is processed, produced, and shipped. This process protect us against fraud. By reducing fraud risks, we are able to keep our prices very low. By placing your order with us, you are agreeing to this policy. You can order and pay by credit card, Paypal or Google Checkout online or you can place an order over the phone. In addition, you can arrange payment via wire transfer (contact Customer Service for details). Orders that are paid for via wire transfer will not be processed until the wire has been completed.


Return Policy:

At Infraredbbq.net, we want to make every effort to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience! Due to our comprehensive customer service policies, we have earned a 99% customer satisfaction rate!

Less than 1% of our orders arrive damaged or defective. However, in order to protect ourselves from fraudulent claims and to keep our prices as low as possible, we strictly enforce our return policy.

In the rare and unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your item, we will do what we can to fix the situation provided that you adhere to the following policy:

Items shipped via FEDEX, UPS, DHL, OR CALOVER:

In order to ensure timely, reliable, and tractable delivery, we make every effort to use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Calover to ship our orders. All items shipped via these traditional shipping carriers (listed above) are eligible for return if a claim is made WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. We will allow returns/refunds at no cost to you for the following reasons only:

1. damaged or defective item

2. incorrect item received

You may be asked to provide photographs showing the damaged or incorrect item before a decision is made. Once your claim is approved, we will issue a return shipping label. Per your request, we will then either issue a refund to you or send you a replacement product.

Please note: We do NOT issue credits, partial refunds or any other concessions for damaged or defective items. In the rare event that your item is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund once the damaged or defective item is returned to us.

You will not incur any additional costs during this process.

Items shipped via freight truck (Roadway Express, Yellow Freight, etc.):

Please understand that, due to the size and/or weight of some of our items, freight truck delivery will be required. If this is the case, we will make every effort to notify you and keep you up to date on the shipping information. We will also provide you with tracking information whenever possible.

Please note the following two points regarding freight truck delivery:

1. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. Please make arrangements to accommodate this.

2. Items shipped via freight truck are NOT RETURNABLE once signed for. Please inspect your boxes(s) for signs of obvious damage BEFORE signing for a freight delivery. In the rare event that an item is damaged or defective, REFUSE the order, DOCUMENT THE DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT PAPERWORK, and CONTACT US via phone (888-883-2915) or email (admin@Infraredbbq.net) immediately. We will then send out a replacement at no additional charge to you.

If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. Call our dedicated customer service at (888) 883-2915 and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.

NOTE: We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order. If you return a package with out having been assigned a RAN the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in original condition and is still packaged in its original packaging with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please call us before we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost. We love satisfied customers so if you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us via e-mail at admin@Infraredbbq.net or via telephone at (888) 883-2915.

Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days AFTER the item is received at our warehouse.

If you are unhappy with your item and would like to request a return or refund, please log your return request VIA EMAIL to sales@Infraredbbq.net. All requests for return will be handled by our customer service department. Please do not return your item unless you have received approval to do so by our customer service department--doing so may slow or void the return process.

Credit and Return Time

Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. You will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.

All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.

Order Cancellations and Refusals

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at admin@Infraredbbq.net within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the shipment can be stopped.

* IMPORTANT: Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Once an order ships and you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the price of your order less all restocking fees and related shipping charges that we have already incurred. Unless an order arrives damaged, refusing an order is also subject to restocking fees and a deduction of round trip shipping from your refund. We cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in writing to admin@Infraredbbq.net prior to shipment. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

We will never sell any customer information, including e-mail addresses, to any third party. This is our pledge to you, our customer. Any information gathered on this site will be used only by Infraredbbq.net for the purpose of setting up commercial accounts and communications regarding orders placed with Infraredbbq.net.

Infraredbbq.net collects certain information from and about its users three different ways: from our Web Server logs, the user, and with cookies.

A. Web Server Logs and Cookies: A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer’s hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or viruses and ours automatically delete themselves after 5 days if you have not created a shopping cart during that time.

When you visit our site we may track information to administer the site and Infraredbbq.net may use the cookies to track your shopping cart information once you begin actively shopping here. The cookie also eases your shopping experience by loading pages faster.

B. Personal User Information: Visitors to our site can register to purchase merchandise. When you register, we will request some personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number, fax number, account number, and other relevant information. If you are purchasing merchandise we will also request financial information. The financial information we collect is used only to bill you for the merchandise you purchased. If you purchase using a credit card, this information may be forwarded to your credit card provider. For other types of registration, we may ask for the relevant info.

One month after your order is placed your credit card information is automatically deleted from our database. Your privacy is our first and main concern. We understand you want to purchase Barbeque Grills and Barbeque Tools online and not have to worry about compromising your personal information to do so.

This Website neither designs, manufactures or ships any of the products offered or sold on this site, and as such, makes no representation or guarantee about the safety of these products, or, in the case of self-assembled items, about whether purchasers who receive such products will properly and safely assemble these items. Product and assembly safety is solely and exclusively the province and responsibility of the manufacturer, the purchaser, and the shipper. Any suspected damage in shipping must be noted at the time a shipment is received with the shipper, and as stated above, must be described to this Website within 48 Hours. Assume that suspected damage may create a potential safety hazard and we advise that you do not use the product.

Product assembly must be done exactly in conformance with the Manufacturer's written instructions, and if offered, the Manufacturer's telephone assistance.
