Gas BBQ grill

A gas BBQ grill will use either propane or natural gas as its fuel source. The food will then be cooked by either one of two ways. The first happens directly by the flame. For the second, cooking may occur indirectly through grilling elements.

There are many options available when it comes to gas BBQ grill types. For instance, a person may person a size which is so small that it can only serve a single steak. On the other hand, restaurant grills are often capable of cooking enough food to serve a hundred people or more.

There is a standard gas BBQ grill design. This is called the cart grill design. A wheeled frame holds the fuel tank as well as the grill. It may have other features built onto it, however. Side tables and storage areas are a couple examples of such inclusions.
